Welcome!
Hi! My name is Lindsay, and the dog pictured to the left is Grady,
my service dog. He was donated to me by Patrick Jones
of Ravin Dalmatians after he retired from the conformation ring.
I owner-trained Grady, with the help of a professional trainer, to
perform tasks that mitigate my disability.
A big THANK YOU to Denise Mazzola, who assisted me in Grady's
service dog training, and to Patrick Jones, who donated this fabulous
dog to me.
The Search for a Service Dog Candidate
The dog that I initially chose as a service dog candidate, Robin, ended up washing out. She now lives with her breeder and is a beloved pet and show dog in training.
After Robin washed out, I decided to go ahead and look for another candidate. From that search, I found Caden.
Here's Caden!
Caden, also known as JLS Leading the Cavalcade, is a one year old black and white Dal boy. He's outgoing and confident, and very smart!
Caden comes from JLS Dalmatians in Kansas. I had e-mailed Julia Soukup after seeing Caden listed on her website as available. I told her what I was looking for in a service dog candidate, and she told me that she thought he fit the bill. Caden sounded very promising, so I drove up to Kansas to evaluate him in person. After I evaluated him, I thought so much of his potential that I brought him home with me.
Fundraising
I am fundraising to cover the cost of the purchase, care, and training of my service dog candidate, Caden. You can help by donating, purchasing books through the Dogwise link on my page, or by purchasing one of the dog-themed pins I have for sale.
The navigation bar on the left has a link to a donation page. All
donations will go towards Caden's purchase cost, care, and training.
