Meet Grady and Caden!
Grady (sitting on the right) is my service dog. We've been working together for several years now, and he has enabled me to become much more independent.
Caden (in a down on the left) is my service dog in training. He's still learning everything he needs to know to follow in Grady's footsteps!
Grady was donated to me by Patrick Jones of Ravin Dalmatian and I trained him to become my service dog with the assistance of Denise Mazzola, the head trainer at the local dog training center.
After being trained in obedience, public manners, and tasks, Grady started working as a fully-fledged service dog. He accompanies me almost everywhere!
Caden came to me from Julia Soukup of JLS Dalmatians and is currently in training to become Grady's successor.
In the picture to the left, you can see Caden and I (although you can only see a bit of me!) practicing heeling next to a cart in the local Wal-Mart.
